This Class A office tower is part of a vibrant new cityscape in the heart of Atlanta. Its design intent reflects sophistication and professionalism celebrating an authentic pedestrian-friendly neighborhood with a familiar and cosmopolitan character. This headquarters building designed for Ernst & Young is a 349,010 square foot, 19-story building constructed on top of a five-level, 290,173 square foot, 684 space parking structure. The building contains a 5,046 square foot health club and 25,500 square feet of retail space. The lobby has rich sweeping veneer panels and beautiful marble throughout. Its sleek contemporary exterior has floor-to-ceiling vision glass which illuminates at night welcoming sojourners along two major US Interstates.
